Adieu Grand Frere (Charlee) |
April 5, 2017 |
Isaac, my big brother. Got to know through my brother Leo. "Charlee" as we all called ourselves. I am lost for words but I trust our lord knew it was your time to come home. I thank the lord for knowing a free-spirited, down-to-earth but serious and comical persona like you. Many fun memories you have left in our hearts, we thank you for them. Praying for your family especially the kids, who being so young will take a while to digest this all. God will take care of them though. Adieu big brother and RIPP.

Rest in peace, you will be missed |

God speed, brother Isaac. May your soul rest in peace after life in our turbulent world. I have very fond memories of our childhood, but unfortunately very few as adults. I remember the stories, teasing, trouble-making, and always laughter and that mischievers. Deep condolences to all family members in these very difficult days. You are in my prayers. Seek peace in the Lord and with each other, and count on friends for a shoulder and attentive ears.
You brother in Christ,
Karl Mondoa

It was very sad Sunday night as I heard the gun shot and only after the arrival of the police, we discovered your body behind the building. It has been traumatising to all in the compound. Unable to tell my kids what has happened to uncle Isaac, I can only pray that the Lord reserves you a better place by his side. I knew you as a simple and understanding man for the few years spent. Very discrete and polite. You didn't deserve what happened on that Sunday night. God decided. May your soul rest in peace.

Your loss gives another twist on my experience on planet earth. Yes is not because we are bad, not because we like money, not because of thesocial activities. Why is the world like this? A lot is been said about how bad it is for parents to bury their children, please may I put it on record that ' it is even horrible for a senior brother to bury his junior brother' . Your case confirms the the exit process is not based on a ' first in first out' basis. To this we have to allow the almighty to do as he pleases. Njuema Isaac as I called him and he will aswer Yes Sir Barry. He was a good, slow burn to stable temperament, not somebody chasing after wealth, neither women nor prominence , modest, respectful, not adventurous but death still seized him in cold blood. You are gone my the almighty console most importantly your mum my cousin. God. My junior brother George is in pains I mean serious pains, our home is in morning for you. RIP

Isaac, through no fault of yours, I am forced to ask you why? Na wetin happen? Na wetin you do we so? It is a human tendency to say good things about the dead. But those who knew you and were close to you would agree with me that you were a genuine, loving, kind and trusting friend. I thank God to have made you my friend, and I thank you for the lessons learned about true friendship. You were one of a kind and I mean that. It is with a very heavy heart that I say Adieu and Farewell my Dear friend and brother. You will be sorely missed but fondly remembered. May you rest peacefully in the bossom of the Lord.
Much love,
Oscar.
