Amalia Nangah-Obi Painful Goodbye! March 26, 2017

Goodbyes   are not that easy to say especially when is someone very close to you, my dear cousin I now believe that dead has no age or time in our lives. I’m  sitting  here writing this tribute is like a dream to me just a few weeks ago I was chatting with you and now I can’t even talk to you. Papa Njeuma, I’m so blessed to have spent  Christmas  with you   in December of  2015.You are gone ,but your humor will live with me  for the rest of my life , the fact that you’re no longer here will always cause me pain but you’re forever in my heart till we meet again. I will always know that I had a cousin who could make me laugh even when I’m feeling down. We love you but God loves you best. May your gentle soul rest in perfect peace
Nanyongo Frida N(sister inlaw) Sadness fills my Heart March 24, 2017

When I got the phone call that Sunday evening, the news hit without even a warning.  How can it be true? I haven’t a clue, shock hits first but mine isn’t the worst.  Let someone wake me up if I’m dreaming.  Molas, you knew how to live and embrace every moment. You had a lot of great qualities but the most adorable to me was getting people together. You were there for everyone who came to you for advice or help. You made me feel comfortable enough to talk with you at any time, and we shared all types of funny stories, pictures and videos. How to categories you, brother inlaw, mentor, friend, good Samaritan? It’s unfortunate that your life was not enough to fulfill all your dreams. I remember the last time we talked, you told me how busy you guys are with the new project.  Never did we thought you will leave us so soon.  I am glad I had the opportunity to spend time with you during your visit in MD, USA.  Your usual words of encouragement will remain appreciated.  Molas, May your soul rest in Peace. Adieu.

Your sister inlaw

Emilia Mwake Friend/Brother March 24, 2017

I write this with great sadness over the unimaginable loss of a close friend and brother ( Isaac). The handsome man inside and out was a wonderful friend and brother. He supported me and introduce me to the computer world and encourage me to be strong and brave. I also admire how he never judge or forced his opinion on me, but offered valuable and truthful advice that I will surely miss.

Now my hope is that he rest in peace knowing he did all that he could and that his children and family will be fine. When we love people it’s so comforting to know that they will always be with us in our hearts.

I’ll see you again, my friend/ brother

Kolo, for real. I'm still dreaming after talking to you around 8:45am that same day. What happened? I hope is still a dream. See you in pays in a couple of days kolo.
Allen E Adieu Bro March 23, 2017

Kisskolo, the senselessness of it all just leaves me feeling empty. Ten weeks ago we were all ushering in the New Year and then this....

I fondly remember how your Hyattsville appartment became the hub around which everybody congregated in the early to mid 90's...What fun we all had in downtown DC!!

You had carved a niche for yourself since moving back to Cameroon and things were looking good...You weaved effortlessly through the chaotic streets of Douala and I was amazed at how easily you had adapted to 'pays'.

How ironic that those same streets would take you away from us like that!
I will miss the chilled out vibe you brought to every occasion. Bro, there are just soo many unanswered questions right now that will have to wait until we meet again when you can tell me what happened......RIP
